The chemistry laboratory of the Vidyalaya is well equipped with all required apparatus for conducting practicals as per the syllabus prescribed by NCERT. Moreover almost all chemicals are available for smooth conduct of the practicals mentioned in the curriculum of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. There is a separate big compartment in Chemistry laboratory where all the required Chemicals/reagents have been kept in a systematic order in common shelves and the important common reagents have been placed in separate common shelf. In this compartment about 20 students can work together. The same compartment also has a big demonstration table wherein teacher use to give practical demonstrations to all the student of a batch on their turn. This compartment also has a very big black board, which is used by the teacher to teach their student before conducting practical.

In addition there is a separate faculty room wherein practical records and investigatory projects of the student are kept for their correction. To teach the students with the help of compact disks (software related to chemistry practical) the requirement for a separate computer in chemistry laboratory has been submitted to the principal with the hope that the same shall be made available as soon as possible. We are also making plan towards purchasing electronic balance and the same shall be available to chemistry laboratory by the academic session 2006-2007.

Definitely learning by doing is the best, it develops interest in the subject, that is why to remove the fear of Maths, CBSE introduced most awaited concept of Maths Lab. In our Vidyalaya also it has been established on 28-07-2005. All the students utilize under the guidance of experts. It is functioning in its tune spirit to achieve its goal.
